🌈 Someone open-minded enough to toast with an alcohol-free bubbly and cherish it as much as its tipsy counterpart.
🗣 And of course, a silver-tongued individual who can charm us in fluent English. Fancy certificates? Pish posh, not required!
Salary rates as of March 2023
Junior Trainee - 120/hr kr Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and cannot hold their position unsupervised.
Trainee - 125/hr kr. Defined as an individual that is scheduled together with others, and can hold a basic position unsupervised.
Senior Trainee - 130/hr kr Defined as an individual that can to a large degree hold their position, but not without minor to medium faults.
Bartender - 25.000 + 5% Annual Profit bonus Defined as a person that can handle foundational proficiency in all 3 major areas, Food, Cocktails & Floor Service.
Senior Bartender - 27.500 + 7.5% Annual Profit bonus
