Do you:
- Wish to create lasting memories for people
- Give out a positive energy and adopt a solution orientated mentality
- Demonstrate good leadership skills and have an approachable manner
- Have experience in training and developing staff
If yes, then here are your tasks
- Being an active part of the operations team
- Shift manager responsibilities ensuring we reach our goals per shift
- Training of staff
- Assisting in the controlling of costs such as labor, goods, and other operating expenses
- Assisting in the cleaning and tidying of the restaurant, and setting the atmosphere
- Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
- Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Follow the law in respect of food hygiene and health and safety.
