COOKS (150 positions)

Functions:

• Prepare all types of food items as assigned by the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef.
• Complete daily checks of all goods to ensure freshness and quality standards.
• Assist in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner depending on your working shift.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Relevant experience ideally within a hotel environment or luxury restaurant.
• Culinary Degree or related major would be a plus

WAITERS/WAITRESSES (150 positions)

Functions:

• Serve food and beverage orders according to the established sequence of service.
• Be aware of all menu items to provide clarifications to the guests when needed
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• Assist in all restaurant related tasks as assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality
• Service experience within a bar/restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment
• Fluency in English
• Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus.

FRONT OFFICE AGENTS (20 positions)

Functions:

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
• Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions.
• Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions. Provide information to guests in regards the facilities, events and services.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in German.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus.

KIDS ENTRETEINERS (8 positions)

Functions:

• Welcome and greet all parents and children.
• Observe and monitor children's play activities.
• To prepare, implement and conduct a children activity program, including sport activities, fitness activities, arts activities, science activities, children dinner, fun-games activities etc.
• To prepare, implement and conduct the evening program, including children shows, regular children’s disco, night walks, fairytale hours, kids video etc.
• To ensure that all children’s club facilities and equipment in his/her field of responsibilities maintain a high health and safety standard.
• To report immediately any broken equipment to the hotel’s maintenance department.
• To ensure at any case that the First Aid equipment is always in sufficient amounts available.
• To have an active co-operation with all departmental and inter departmental colleagues.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Proven experience in childcare, ideally within a hotel environment or an education establishment.
• Fluency in English. Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus. University Degree or College Diploma/ course in childcare would be a plus.

BELLBOYS (15 positions)

Functions:

• Welcome guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms.
• Drive guests around the resort using the club cars.
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services.
• Assist in any other Front Office task as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Proven experience as a Groom/ Bell Boy, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment . Fluency in English.
• Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus.
• Valid European Driving license B’ class.

SPA THERAPISTS (10 positions)

Functions:

• Welcome and greet guests with professional and positive attitude.
• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) according to the hotel’s standards.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations within the treatment rooms.
• Keep a clean and stocked treatment room.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Proven experience as as Spa Therapist ideally in a 5*luxury hotel.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in German.
• Degree/Diploma/ Current license in Spa/Physiotherapy/Cosmetology.
• Good command of a second language (Russian, German, French) would be a plus.

FITNESS INSTRUCTORS (8 positions)

Functions:

• Conduct and lead sports & fitness activities.
• Oversee tournaments, matches, trials and competition events.
• Check the functionality of the equipment and maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Assist in all Sports & Recreation related tasks as assigned by the Sports Team Leader. Provide a 5* Service according to the Group’s Guest Service Standards.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic with friendly personality.
• Proven experience as a sports coach/Instructor, ideally in a hotel environment/gym or sports club.
• Fluency in English.
• Good command of a second language (Russian, German, French) would be a plus. Diploma/Certification in Health & Fitness.

HR GENERALISTS (2 positions)- ONLY MALLORCA

Functions:

• Managing the recruitment process, dismissals and contractual modifications of employees.
• Preparation of reports and indicators.
• Control of absenteeism, turnover, organisation charts, payroll expenses, purchases, advances.
• Implementing company policies and procedures.
• Advising employees.  Preparing employee remuneration.
• Support the hotel's recruitment and selection strategy.
• Develop talent attraction and retention policies.
• Coordinate the (external) activities of the company.
• Follow-up and approval of orders and receipt of orders.
• Follow-up of work-related accidents.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the Human Resources Department, preferably in hotels.
• Fluency in English.
• Empathy, organisation and planning.
• High communication skills
