Emilienborg Property and Project Development is looking for a Carpenter who will play an important role in the maintenance, development, and operation of our property portfolio in Aarhus.

Emilienborg is a dynamic and growing real estate company focusing on property development of attractive residential and commercial projects in Aarhus and Copenhagen. We work across various segments and have a solid portfolio of both existing and upcoming projects. The tasks range from small and large conversion and renovation tasks to larger new constructions. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dedicated Carpenter for our property and project development department in Aarhus.

About the Position:

As a Carpenter at Emilienborg, you will work closely with both the project organization and property management. You will be responsible for a wide range of craftsmanship tasks. You will handle both interior and exterior repair tasks for the properties in our portfolio. You will be an important part of our team, and your workday will be versatile, with tasks ranging from small repairs to ad hoc craft tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

The primary tasks are:

• Performing craftsmanship tasks on larger property projects.
• Assisting the Project Manager with various tasks during renovations and new property projects.
• Handling craftsmanship tasks and small repairs on the existing property portfolio.
• Cleanup and demolition tasks related to renovations.
• Communication and coordination with external craftsmen and administration.
• Supervision of properties in collaboration with the caretaker.
• Contact and service with tenants.
• Additionally, there will be various ad hoc tasks and interior installation and repair tasks, such as during move-ins and move-outs or lock replacements. Periodically, there may also be craftsmanship tasks related to Emilienborg’s property projects in Copenhagen. Call-outs outside of normal working hours may occur.

Your Profile:

• You are an experienced carpenter with broad knowledge of technical service and repairs.
• You have practical experience with both interior and exterior tasks.
• You are independent, responsible, and can effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
• You have experience working with both colleagues, tenants, and external craftsmen.
• You are flexible and willing to take on extra tasks by agreement.
• You have a driver’s license.
