Scan-Plast is an international company that develops, produces and markets a wide range of different products made entirely or partially in fiber-reinforced composite materials. We thus market our products to a wide range of costumer segments and industries.
We are currently looking for a translator to provide translation, editing and proofreading of marketing materials from English to Lithuanian.

It will be possible to work either from our office in Latvia, in Denmark or remotely.

We are currently looking for a translator to provide translation, editing and proofreading of marketing materials from English to Lithuanian.
Key duties
- Translate material from English to Lithuanian, e.g. brochures, datasheets, instructions and product texts for our websites.
- Review translated material for accuracy of meaning, grammar and syntax.
- Create new texts in the target language that reproduces the content and style of the original.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualifications, experience and skills
- You have experience in translating from English to Lithuanian and preferably experience in using technical English.
- You have an advanced (C1) or proficiency (C2) level of English.
- High standards of accuracy and consistency.
- You analyse complex information effectively and can indenpendently evaluate from different perspectives in order to deliver optimal translations/solutions.
- You are motivated to contribute to the team both collaboratively as a team player and as an individual.
- Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
Working place
It will be possible to work either from our office in Latvia, in Denmark or remotely.
