Tasks & responsibilities: Your…
…primary task will be to assist and provide administrative support to two department heads in our Technology organisation, the Head of Product Development and the Head of Product Management. You will also support and assist the management teams in the two Technology departments.
You will be responsible for various tasks:
Daily management of calendars and meetings Plan and organise travel activities, minutes of meetings, travel expenses and maintaining organisational chart Prepare presentations for technical meetings, management meetings, etc. Organise department meetings and workshops Manage and maintain SharePoint sites in close cooperation with other supportive functions Introduction of new colleagues in the two departments this includes introduction plans, ordering of IT equipment, act as “buddy” for new colleagues, etc. General administrative support to the two departments, e.g. visits, purchase orders, various bookings Participate in the administrative forums for MHI Vestas assistants Be an active part and work together with the other Technology assistants
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has strong time management, coordination and administrative skills. You thrive in a supporting role with a broad interface and you have at least 5 years of experience from a similar position.
To succeed in this role, you must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience from working in a cross-cultural organisation. We expect an organised and well-structured work style, and the ability to prioritise your own tasks.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
Have strong IT skills and advanced English skills (Danish skills would be an advantage, too) Enjoy an outgoing and supportive role where you can contribute to creating a positive environment Are trustworthy and have experience with managing confidential material and information Have an interest in and would like to learn more about the offshore wind industry and wind turbine technology
