People & Culture Global P&C Operations Payroll EMEA N/C
For our location in Aarhus N (DK) we are looking for more HR colleagues, as reinforcement to the International Payroll team, with passion for the optimisation and digitalisation of our processes.

The department is present in several countries in the northern part of Europe and has the full responsibility for executing payroll activities for our employees in these countries. You will join a truly international department with six colleagues representing five nationalities. The department is characterised by great teamwork and high quality.

Our payroll service is outsourced - therefore the relevant legislative knowledge is outsourced to our payroll service provider. This means that you act as coordinator and interface between HR /payroll and the service provider. By time you will learn more about legislation and relevant reporting.

Kindly notice that we are looking for 2-3 new colleagues in the department where one is fixed and two are temporary (12 months) contracts - due to a promotion and two maternity covers.

Responsibilities
As Payroll Administrator, your primary areas of responsibility are:

  • Process employment and data changes for payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Control employees’ time and absence data and their reporting
  • Participation in various projects related to payroll and P&C
  • Act as single point towards internal stakeholders and external/foreign payroll vendors
  • Adherence to the Vestas processes and delivery model

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant experience or completed relevant studies. It is expected that you have:

  • Good IT skills
  • Proficiency in English both orally and in writing
  • Experience with being service-oriented, to be successful in a busy environment, and to be able to focus on solutions and opportunities

Additional information
Your primary work location will be at Hedeager 44, Aarhus N (Denmark).

It is expected that you will be able to travel a few days twice a year.

Start date will be as soon as possible.
