About the RMS Graduate Programme
The RMS Graduate Programme is anchored in the area we call Submissions and Lifecycle Management. By joining this programme, you’ll contribute to a part of the organisation that drives value creation by developing differentiated products, lead submission excellence and safeguard patient’s safety. All integral to driving drug development within our organisation. It will give you comprehensive knowledge of some of the key departments in the drug development value chain while you are building on competencies within areas such as project management, operational excellence, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Throughout your learning journey in the graduate programme, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. Managers and mentors, as well as a huge, global network of current and former graduates, are ready to guide and support you along the way. This is a great opportunity for future R&D leaders and specialists to gain international experience in a world-leading company that truly offers a life-changing career.
The position
During the 2-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8-months duration. Two rotations will be at our headquarter in Denmark and one will be in one of our global affiliates around the world. You will work as a fully-fledged member of each team, with responsibilities for one or more projects, and play an instrumental role in ensuring the Novo Nordisk Development organisation realises its vision of achieving and sustaining best in class medicine to make a difference for patients.

You will grow your core skills within areas such as developing and submitting marketing applications for new products, product changes, clinical trials and reporting, pharmacovigilance and business improvement. You will work closely with other departments in Novo Nordisk to ensure that issues are covered in their projects; and in that way improving regulatory processes and pharmacovigilance even further. After two years in the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme you will be offered a position that will be a good match between your interests and competencies and the needs in the Regulatory, Medical and Safety organisation.

- Work in areas relating to the regulatory approval process for our innovative products and shaping the regulatory strategy and framework in Regulatory Affairs

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the RMS Graduate Programme will have:
- A relevant master’s degree from 2022 or 2023 in natural science, for example within pharmacy, chemical engineering, biology, biotechnology, biomedicine or a related field, and above average academic achievements. While not a requirement, those pursing a PhD -or having completed one in 2022- are also welcome to apply, as long as their cumulative work experience does not exceed 1 year.
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering. if Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g. studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- Global mindset, ability to adapt quickly to change and displaying agility
- Excellent communication skills, be a team-player, have a high drive and an eagerness to learn
- Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
