The Position You will play a key role in analysing, understanding and mapping our current business processes and associated IT-systems and help with suggesting, designing and implementing improvements, including supporting project office related tasks. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders from the entire company and the ability to deeply understand global and local processes while being able to subtract the essence. Some of your key activities will be: Data analysis to support process optimisation and continuous improvement Role model effective administration of data driven processes Independently drive improvement projects Support implementation, support and communication to end-users Support and drive project office activities It is essential that you are passionate about driving projects, process optimisation and building relations. We also expect you to be able to effectively communicate how adjustments of processes and changes affect the different stakeholders at Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A background in e.g., business, analytics, or the like combined with 3-5 years of experience from a similar role in a global company You understand the challenge of developing and implementing in a cross-organisational and cross-cultural setting You have solid interest in business processes and IT system development, preferably with GxP experience. Your experiences allow you to turn complex matters into simple innovative solutions Experience working with agile methodology and of the pharma industry would be a plus but is not a requirement As a person you are result-oriented and structured, and your commitment is catching. You have a high level of drive, initiative, empathy and persistence and work well in a dynamic environment. You have can-do mind-set, a strong drive and ability to create results, solve problems and possess analytical skills. You focus on delivery and quality as well as identifying the right needs for the business. As you will cooperate broadly with many stakeholders, you have excellent collaboration skills, and you communicate clearly and concisely. About the Department The GXP LMS department is newly established in Novo Nordisk and it is anchored in the P&O, Training & Capability Building. We work closely with other functional training areas within the organisation. The GXP LMS department is responsible for implementing a new Learning Management System (GXP LMS) to the entire organisation and will be a game-changer in the way learning management is delivered today by ensuring a new system is user-centric, developed to support the business, digitally optimised and in compliance with external requirements. Our ambition is to implement an highly innovative system which ensures a robust support to Novo Nordisk delivering world class learning management and quality in the future. The department is in a beginning state, and the team consist of 3 key professionals and we’re growing! It’s a fun and exciting work environment where no two days are the same.
