If so, apply today as you might be our new Digitalisation Manager for Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS)! The position As Digitalisation Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled colleagues and you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and influencing the digital strategy in CSDS. You will represent the area internally in new tech communities, and other central digital Centre of Excellences as well as promoting CSDS in relevant global digital communities. Some of your focus include to:
  • Lead a team of employees covering primarily project managers.
  • Scale the team to support a growing demand from our business, primarily focused on building-up technical capabilities.
  • Be responsible for setting direction and paving the way for primarily 3 innovation tracks to bring digitalization to life.
  • Partner with local and central organizations to bring valuable local digital ideas to reality, with a focus on efficiency and right-first-time.
  • Facilitate digital governance and ensure oversight of digital roadmaps across CSDS.
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold a master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or any other related field.
  • Possess at least 2 years of direct people management experience, preferably within technology.
  • Have experience in digital transformation or strategy development.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate networks across large (SVP) units.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are ambitious, you work strategically and structured and have a high sense of empathy for the people around you. Last but not least, you are curious and enjoy connecting the dots between business challenges and technology. About the department Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability is an area with more than 3,000 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia. CSDS is responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing and sourcing of device components and needles, managing a large number of Contract Manufacturing Organisations. You will join CSDS Business Support in the CSDS IT & Digital Department, which works to set direction and strategically develop IT and digital use across the area.
