The position As our new personal assistant to the CVP you will be the backbone of our department, playing a key role in the daily management of the department and CVP’s activities. Your main tasks will be:
  • Calendar management and travel planning for the CVP.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings ensuring efficient setup by coordinating calendars, preparing agenda, coordinate input with presenters, submit material, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress in processes and projects relevant to the department, such as budgeting or HR related tasks.
  • Approval of expense reports, HR related approvals, invoices, accesses to IT systems, buildings, etc. on behalf of CVP
  • Effectively you will be the gate keeper to the CVP and the department as well as the go-to person for your colleagues and will take pride in your great business understanding and overview of the many important processes taking place. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative and supporting role, preferably withing the pharmaceutical sector or other global companies.
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of SAP, Coupa, SuccessFactors, SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Great coordination and prioritization skills, excel at maintaining overview of multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with driving or managing projects or processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
  • As a person you are outgoing, proactive, and open-minded, with a can-do mindset and curiosity for understanding the business and taking pride in learning. You are a dedicated team player with the ability and wish to take responsibility and take the lead when needed, as well as helping your colleagues and providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You can work independently, have a highly structured approach to tasks and can maintain an overview under pressure. In addition, you thrive in a global environment. About the department Corporate Procurement is anchored within the Global Solutions area, which reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Novo Nordisk. The Corporate Procurement department builds strategies and executes improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend of more than DKK 50 billion related to Facility Management, R&D activities, marketing services, travel, professional advisory services, and IT. Team size is app. 110 employees in Denmark and 2 indirect reporting teams in Global Business Services in India.
