The position
In this role, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic and growing environment. Your responsibility will be administrative assistant to the management group in CMC QA API, and you will also assist with making strategic initiatives to become operational in the area. Your main tasks will be:
• Coordinating and organizing of meetings, agenda, preparation of materials and follow up on action points.
• People administration in our systems, coordination, and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Handling of budgets and responsible for department binders and personal files
• Support and help with strategic initiatives to become operational
• Optimisation of local training and administrative processes
• Assist in driving local and cross functional events You will be a go-to person in the department and handle a variety of ad hoc tasks, participating actively in creating a positive work environment and simple yet strong structure in the department. You will also be a part of the administrative network in CMC QA. The position is based in Bagsværd.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:
• Experience from working in a similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong skills within IT, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with business administration and communication
• Proficient with both written and spoken Danish and English
• Preferable with higher education On the personal level you are good at working independently, you have a can-do-attitude, and you contribute actively with a positive and proactive mindset. You are working well with deadlines, you are structured, quality-minded and enjoy the details of planning, coordinating, and proof-reading. You have a natural ability to establish relations across the organization and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. You are reliable, loyal and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
About the department
You will become part of CMC API QA department consisting of three teams where we are +40 dedicated colleagues.

Our main purpose is to safeguard patient safety and ensure product quality and compliance in the CMC API area, and ultimately release API for clinical trials.
