The Position
In the role as CVP Personal Assistant in CMC API Development, you are offered a challenging and dynamic role. You will join the CMC API Development leadership team and regularly interact with the Strategic Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and other assistants throughout the area. Your primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the CVP and proactively performing a diverse range of tasks including:
  • Organising and coordinating department activities such as arranging management meetings, events as well as managing communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing ad hoc administrative tasks such as calendar management including travel and accommodation
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinating budgets
  • Fostering cross-functional collaborations as well ensuring a good administrative team across the area
  • This position also offers an opportunity to tailor the role according to your competencies and interests in alignment with the business needs.

    Qualifications
    To succeed in this position, we anticipate that you have a robust background as a Personal Assistant. You may have experience from a similar position, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career.
    As a person, you are proactive, flexible and possess a strong can-do attitude. You are recognized as a positive and friendly colleague capable at building trusting relationships. You are great at creating structure, maintaining an overview, paying attention to the detail, and making sure that deadlines met.
    Additionally, you have:
  • Experience driving administrative processes, organizing tasks and managing complex calendars etc.
  • Previous involvement in budget handling or you are curious to learn more
  • IT-Skills such super user of MS Office 365 and potentially other Novo Nordisk IT-Systems
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
