Would you like to be part of a small international payment team which supports Investigator Payments for LEO Pharma’s Clinical Trials? If so, Clinical Administration might be your next career move.


In Clinical Administration we are looking for an HCP Payment Coordinator to help us ensure timely payments to our investigator’s conducting LEO Pharma’s Clinical Trials. You will join Clinical Administration department and get 17 highly skilled colleagues whereof 2 is handling payments like you.

The job


As a Payment Coordinator some of your main tasks will be to ensure that LEO Pharma’s clinical sites are correctly paid for their service in a timely manner. You will be responsible for our Payment module in Veeva Vault is updated at all times and will be point of contact to Clinical Research Associates in relation to payment issues. You will as an HCP Payment Coordinator have the following responsibilities.

  • Keeping HCP payment oversight
  • Ensure timely and correct payments to clinical trial sites
  • Communicate with LEO CRA’s to clarify payment related issues
  • Communicate with trial sites for payment related questions
  • Enter Clinical Trial Agreement information into Clinical Vault Payment Module
  • Process payment requisitions to finance
  • Provide Third Party Transparency reporting input
  • Process Regulatory Authority Payments
  • Update and maintain department guidelines

You will be based at our office in Ballerup with a possibility to work from home according to LEO requirements

Your qualifications


  • +2 years experience working in Accounts Payable
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Financial and business acumen¨
  • Ability to keep focus on details while maintaining an overview
  • Demonstrated profiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English

You enjoy a mix of tasks with a high degree of focus and self-motivation combined with interaction with many stakeholders. You possess good communication and relationship building skills and you have solid skills in handling and prioritizing many daily tasks
