On behalf of Takeda Pharma A/S, Randstad is looking for an Office Assistant for a temporary position to join as soon as possible.
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
•Organize office and assist associates in ways to optimize procedures
•Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
•Handling contracts, signatures (and uploading in systems)
•Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
•Coordinate with peers to ensure compliance with established policies
•Manage supply inventory
•Experience as a back-office assistant/office assistant or with another relevant administrative role
•Knowledge of “back-office” duties
•Thorough understanding of office management procedures
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Detail-oriented abilities and aptitude in problem solving
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Office
•Preferably, you hold a degree in commercial and clerical education and training or the like
•You have a high level of proficiency in English and Danish, spoken and written.
•You have a positive attitude and like to be the ‘go-to’ person for others
•You will have the chance to be a vital part of the office
