The position

We are looking for a student worker to support our project manager and software developers with various tasks for 15-20 hours per week. You will have many relevant IT change management tasks, such as: creating stakeholder communication, organizing, and following up on workshops, managing our end-user community, creating content for our SharePoint site, gathering end-user feedback, creating training videos, onboarding end-users to our platform, translating between technical and business requirements.

As this is a new role, you will get the opportunity to shape the way we do communication about digital solutions going forward. You will work together with a wonderful team of dedicated and helpful colleagues developing an in-house data analytics platform that is being scaled across the organisation.

The team will look to you for ideas and knowledge about communication and change management, and the team will also support you and help you learn and grow in the position. The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organisation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a student who has already started their Master’s degree and has at least one year left until graduation. Your academic education focuses on Project Management, E-Business, IT management, or Change Management. However, coming from an engineering field or natural sciences with an interest in change management or communication could also be a benefit.

  • Curious and eager to perform a variety of different tasks, as you will be involved with several stakeholders
  • Relevant work experience and thrive pursue a change management career
  • Professional, self-engaged, and have a mindset of an entrepreneur
  • Thrive in a role where you can be responsible for finding the right ways of communicating information and you have an interest in working and engaging with people from various fields
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and excellent presentation skills

About the department

In BRD Manufacturing Development, we are responsible for supporting our production facilities and ongoing optimization of our many processes. You will be part of the Digital & Projects Students team within our Manufacturing Development area. The team consists of students with various competencies. The main responsibilities of the team are supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using IT, data, and lean, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products. We are currently on a journey toward becoming even more data-driven in this role.
