The position As a Senior Strategy Partner in FPM EO, your main responsibilities include: Facilitate and optimise the process for setting long- and short-term strategic direction for the SVP area. This includes preparing recommendations for strategy formulation and target setting based on input from various stakeholders across the organisation and relevant strategic analysis
Design and drive the process for tracking and evaluating performance on key strategic priorities
Develop communication material to support the strategy awareness and deployment across FPM
Lead or contribute to assignments in the Executive Office that supports the SVP of FPM and the FPM management team
In the role, you will report to the Director of FPM Executive Office. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Relevant master’s degree, e.g. within Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record within strategy, business support, project management, executive support or consulting
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
As a person, you possess a high level of independence and an excellent ability to interact with different stakeholders, including senior management. You are able to translate analysis into well-reasoned recommendations on strategy development, facilitate discussions on strategic directions, and communicate complex topics in a structured and simple way. Additionally, you enjoy identifying opportunities to improve and take initiative within your area of responsibility, you have a sharp eye for details and a structured approach to solving business challenges. About the department FPM Executive Office is responsible for proving executive support to the SVP of FPM and the SVP management team. We are driving the development of the SVP area strategy and work closely together with the SVP management team and the FPM Business Development & Support function to provide recommendations for strategy formulation and target setting. We are furthermore responsible for driving communication activities across the FPM organisation. Finally, we are responsible for planning and facilitation of leadership meetings and events, and we drive ad-hoc initiatives across FPM. FPM is a newly established SVP area within Product Supply, responsible for the manufacturing of finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging.
