Then step into this position in Group Compliance in DSV where you will take on a key administrative role in the compliance administration team. Here, you will be able to put your mark on a global company as you ensure smooth administrative processes in a central group function in DSV.

Become part of the administrative backbone in Group Compliance

You will step into our top tier office space in our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark. Joining Group Compliance Administration, you will be supporting the Group Compliance managers, primarily Group Legal, with administrative tasks and work closely with the students in the team. The team is truly characterised by friendly colleagues as well as a nice and collaborative atmosphere.

We are part of the Group Compliance department with 160+ employees who cover topics such as legal, tax, trade & customs compliance, QHSE, sustainability and more. You can look forward to joining a large company with plenty of possibilities for you to grow in.

Take ownership of administrative tasks and work close to top management

In this role, you will be given lots of opportunity to improve, develop and to put your mark on our administrative processes. Our team covers a wide range of back-office functions in Group Compliance, and you will be a key point for our legal services, collaborating with colleagues from all over the world when processing documents for signature for top, divisional and regional management.

Apart from you closest colleagues in the administrative team in Group Compliance and the Group Legal team, you will be communicating with stakeholders throughout the top management in DSV.

Furthermore, you can look forward to:

  • Cooperating with students on legal services as well as providing daily support and stepping in when needed
  • Assisting with DSV’s group company register and insider register
  • Working hands-on with legal administration as well as development tasks for our VP, Group Legal, towards the global legal organisation
  • Supporting a continued optimisation, development and implementation of new administrative processes and guidelines and driving improvements

Group Compliance is continuously growing and expanding, and if you have ideas for improvements or want to take on more responsibility, there are also ample opportunities for this in DSV.

Open-minded, collaborative and a keen interest in compliance with a legal twist

You have some years of experience from an administrative function. It is not necessary to have previous experience with legal administration tasks, compliance or corporate governance, but you need to have a keen interest in working within the field.

Answering questions from and supporting the students when they need your help is a big part of the role. Thus, interruptions and disturbances don’t throw you off guard. In fact, you are always ready to help.

Adding to that, you:

  • Know your way around MS Office and especially Excel
  • Can keep an overview of several open cases at the same time
  • Like working with cross-functional tasks and in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working with a high degree of accuracy and structure, and you like to get things done
  • Are open and service-minded, and you collaborate equally well with both students and a vice president
  • Have good English skills, as most of our communication is in English – your team speaks Danish
