The position
You will get a thorough insight into the processes surrounding the development of medical devices and the complexity of running a project with many stakeholders. The position will consist of a great variety of tasks such as product documentation incl. system and risk-related documentation, management of plans for the project, assembly of devices, traceability, analysis of, test results and test documentation.

Qualifications
We are looking for an Intern who is passionate about product development. You are currently studying for your Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant field.
Knowledge within systems engineering and risk management is an advantage as this is an important element in our daily work. A systematic mindset is highly appreciated as control of incoming parts is an important part of the documentation of the product.
Students must be in their first or second year of their Master's studies.
About the department
We are a part of Novo Nordisk Devices & Delivery Solutions, which is responsible for the development of medical devices for disease self-treatment within all business areas of Novo Nordisk A/S. Devices & Delivery Solutions has a long and outstanding track record of developing the best, most innovative, and widely-used injection devices in the world, and our projects are on the cutting edge of technology to meet real user needs for the benefit of people with different chronic diseases.
The department consists of Project Managers responsible for managing the device part of all the projects and we have a close collaboration with the engineering part of our organisation as well as with the Program Managers who interact with the drug development within Novo Nordisk.
The projects that we manage range from pure mechanical medical devices through combination products (drug/device) to devices with connectivity that are integrated into a digital health solution system.

The position

- Internship period: 5-6 months
- Working Hours: 37 hours a week
- Start date: January/February 2023.
- Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
- A Danish full-time work permit is required
