It’s all about service and coordination – are you? Workplace: Favrholm Campus is the larger of three conference centres for internal courses, seminars, and meetings - a unique Novo Nordisk venue where Danish and international colleagues meet across functions, departments, and responsibilities. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our energetic and passionate team, a true team player, who thrives in a dynamic work environment with focus on delivering best practice service. Responsibilities: We provide facilities in which our guests gather and get inspired to focus on the objective of their meeting. As an internal conference centre, we also represent Novo Nordisk’s vision and culture in providing hospitality and venues in line with Novo Nordisk way and essentials.

Our purpose is to make guests feel welcome and ensure them that we have all details taken care of. As a member of our conference team, you must be prepared to tap into our focus on hospitality and service, and proactively handle a variety of administrative and project-related responsibilities. You will be:
  • our one-point-of-entry coordinator on janitoring and house-in-order matters
  • the cross-functional link, who ensures that our facilities and services remain up-to-date and efficiently operated
  • responsible for handling and prioritising own projects in agreement with your
    manager
  • working with health- and safety matters
  • partly involved in the conference coordination, e.g., manoeuvring the SPECTRA booking system
  • You will work according to a duty roaster Monday-Friday between 07.00-19.00, however, you must be flexible to cover potential evening and weekend duty when needed.

    Your competencies: You have solid experience in coordination and project management. Presumably, you have gained insights from the hotel or conference centre business and feel quite at ease in a high pace environment. You have a flair for AV/IT that will enable you to help our guests operate Favrholm’s technical equipment; experience with the booking system ‘SPECTRA’ will be considered an advantage.
    You speak and write Danish and English fluently, you are well-structured, detail-oriented and have a distinct passion for service. You are always a few steps ahead, have an eye on every detail as well as on the bigger picture. You are responsible, accountable, and process oriented. Along with the rest of our staff, you demonstrate a respectful and positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Your new colleagues: We are a small, dedicated team, who help and support each other.
