The position You will be based in the Business Support department which is responsible for driving and facilitating cross-departmental processes and projects in order to support the core business of the department.
You should expect to be involved in a broad variety of activities both within projects and operational processes. The nature of a Business Support department is that recurring processes and ad-hoc assignments go hand-in-hand, so as an Intern, you should be ready to take on different kinds of tasks with varying complexity. You will communicate with many stakeholders at all levels of the organization and get insight into some of the core processes related to handling external manufacturers. Practicalities:
• Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of a 6-month extension)
• Start date: September 1 or as agreed
• Location: Hillerød, Denmark
• Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
• Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. The working hours are flexible from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 37 hours a week enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at university, project work, or writing your Bachelor/Master’s thesis.

You are a Bachelor's or Master's Student in Business Administration, Communication, International Business, Engineering, or similar.
• Structured mindset with an analytical approach to assignments and a keen on new challenges
• Professional manner with a positive attitude in communicating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Experience user of MS Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to take responsibility for business goal delivery and your own learning development
You treat any kind of task with responsibility. Whether administrative or more complex in nature, your tendency is to say yes to any kind of challenge and your ambition is to deliver top-quality results. Intern 2
You are a Bachelor's or Master's Student in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• A can-do attitude with a high level of drive and not afraid to take initiative
• A good understanding of complex processes with a customer-centric mindset
• A team player with creative ideas to handle difficulties in order to deliver top-quality results
• A solid understanding of Power Platform and related technologies (Share Point, OneDrive, Teams, o365)
• Basic knowledge of Data Base Architecture
You work well in a team and always keep the voice of the customer in mind, seeking to deliver top-quality results. You can think innovatively and tackle challenges with patience, as well as attention to detail. About the department Business Support is a department within Device Manufacturing Development based in Hillerød, consisting of 18 highly skilled people in various domains striving to support and meet complex organizational needs.
