The position as Personal Assistant is an exciting opportunity to become part of a start-up within a multinational organization and being part of a team that is shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing. About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for ongoing calendar management, planning meetings, off-sites and other appointments and events, people administration, and supporting management with recruitment activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for different ad-hoc tasks to solve for the Vice President and the management team. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have: At least three years of relevant experience Great communication skills in both written and spoken English, knowledge of Danish language will be a plus Natural ability to establish relations across the organization and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise High skills in MS office A Service-mind and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Ideally, you must be familiar with handling confidential information, and be comfortable interacting with Senior Management. You are good at working independently with a “can-do-attitude” and have a proactive approach to the job. You are structured, reliable, quality-minded and enjoy the details of planning and coordinating. To ensure that we have the necessary organizational focus, we are currently establishing an additional Device Manufacturing & Sourcing business unit. The focus of this new unit will be on medical device component manufacturing and pre-assembly, both internally and by support from CMOs.
