Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for quality assurance and data management? FUJIFILM, located in a dynamic and evolving environment in Hillerød, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team amidst an exciting period of renovation.


About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Your daily tasks will involve collecting, verifying, and communicating data across departments to generate work orders and key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting directly to their Downstream Process Engineer, you will assist in maintaining high-quality standards in a GMP-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data quality assurance and management
  • Communication with various departments to gather necessary data
  • Assisting with generating work orders and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong technical understanding and interest in IT
  • Familiarity with GMP is a plus
  • Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage
  • Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and sociable
  • Previous administrative experience with high standards

Work Environment: FUJIFILM offers a flexible work schedule (7:00/9:00-15:00/17:00), averaging 37 hours per week. Due to ongoing expansions, adaptability to a changing work environment and occasional use of safety gear is required. The team values clear communication, responsibility, and a casual yet professional atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: based upon qualifications
  • Free parking and lunch options (50 DKK per meal)
  • Safety clothing and shoes provided

Position Details:

  • Start date: 1st August (latest 15th August)
  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • No remote work option
