Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated secretarial/administrative assistant support to senior leaders within the organization

  • Handle general office administration tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and assisting with expenses

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails

  • Assist with office event planning, including coordinating logistics and logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events

  • Support Facilities Management with office space planning and maintenance

  • Handle mailroom duties such as sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Manage filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible

  • Assist with any other administrative tasks and projects as needed


What we are we looking for:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate setting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
