If so, here is a challenging and exciting job opportunity as Supply Chain Planner at our Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing.

The position

Production planning activities for our manufacturing and on-time delivery of pen needles to our customers world-wide will be the focus of this position. These tasks are key for our continued performance and success as a company.

You will operate in both an operational and tactical environment and collaborate across the organisation. As Supply Chain Planner, you will be working closely together with many stakeholders in Novo Nordisk A/S, including quality assurance, quality control, production, warehouse, development departments, strategic sourcing, suppliers, and customers.

Depending on your profile, you will take up the role as Master Data Steward for our Manufacturing Execution System (PAS-X) and our warehouse ERP system (SAP). In this role, you will excellence in resolving master data issues, creating and maintaining master data as well as ensuring compliance.

You will be part of supply chain projects in our company, where we continually improve the supply chain processes. You will continuously focus on ensuring a robust and cost-efficient supply chain, and you will have the opportunity to influence our processes and affect the way we work with our stakeholders, both internally and externally.

In addition, you will be involved in development projects of new pen needles, change implementations, and investigations of deviations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, your profile could look like this:

  • You hold a bachelor´s degree within supply chain management, procurement management or similar
  • You have a passion for data and IT systems. Preferably, you have experience working with our ERP system, SAP
  • You have at least 3 years of Supply Chain Management experience and preferable from a production environment
  • You are fluent in English, written and verbally and basic in Danish written and verbally
  • You have a very good business understanding

  • You have a structured approach and have the full overview of actions and changes
  • You include stakeholders proactively and can implement risk mitigations that enable timely execution of actions

About the department

The Supply Chain team is responsible for the full end-to-end supply chain of pen needle production. This being purchasing, operational and tactical planning through assembly, packaging, warehouse, and shipment to affiliate. We are 26 dedicated and skilled colleagues in the team that collaborate to make the most efficient and robust supply chain that delivers high quality products to our customers around the world.

The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in six departments and with approximately 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
