Are you ready to step into the role of a Strategy Partner and take ownership of vital strategic processes? If this sounds like you, apply today and shape how we drive business decisions! The Position As Strategy Partner, you will act from the centre of the organization. Here, you will own and drive strategic processes balancing broad involvement of stakeholders and delivering fast results. You will be responsible for continuously optimize process execution and respond to input from the organization. Further, you will be tasked to drive initiatives on a broad range of topics, whether that be presentations on new organizational initiatives, conduct strategy analysis or deep-dive into a technical matter to present a brief-back to management. The role gives exceptional insights into the decision-making and strategic projects across the area, and we promise a steep learning curve and high exposure to senior management. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Own, drive and improve on key strategic processes across the organization
  • Facilitate essential business topics throughout the area, including organizational matters, production, and project execution.
  • Present and communicate results to a broad audiences, tailored to address both senior management and colleagues across the organization
  • Support the Executive Assistant (EA) in the execution of strategic priorities for senior management
  • Drive meetings and ensure focus on what matters most
  • As a strategy partner you will be a part of the newly established Executive Office focused on the intersection between strategy and portfolio management. While you will have close sparring with your nearest colleagues and have a place to return for reflection and discussions, you will spend a great deal of your time out in the organization – a truly broad interface and a visible position. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Finance, Business, Organizational Development or Communication.
  • Some years of relevant work experience, e.g., within business development, communication, or from a graduate program
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds
  • Skills and capabilities to create process and time planning, build structures, and drive projects.
  • As an individual, you work independently and in a structured manner, ensuring that nothing falls between the cracks. You combine this with exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. Tailoring communication comes easy to you, and you possess the ability to structure and customize messages for diverse audiences. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues with diverse perspectives and expertise, and you are not afraid of challenging how we usually do things. Working at a fast pace energizes you, and you deliver results even under high time pressure. You always make sure to tailor your communication to the audience. It is not a requirement to have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, but you are curious to learn about production, products and patients, and find energy in understanding how we work as a company. While the workplace is Kalundborg we have a high emphasis on working as flexible as possible. We expect you to be present 2-3 days a week at the site; the remaining days you are free to work remotely from another Novo Nordisk site or from home. About the department The position is placed in Business Support at our API site in Kalundborg which is part of our global production division. Product Supply – counting close to +30.000 employees worldwide. The API Business Support consists of about 160 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within API. At site Kalundborg we produce diabetes and obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
