Office Administration & Finance Manager, Denmark and Norway
We are looking for a service-minded and experienced multitasker with full accounting and administration responsibilities. The position is based at our growing Copenhagen office (Kgs. Nytorv) with 20 colleagues. You will also assist our office in Oslo which has approximately the same size and work closely with our EMEA headquarter in the UK.

The Role
The Administrative/Finance Office Manager has a varied and rewarding role that ensures efficient functioning of our office through a range of administrative and financial tasks.
  • Day-to-day finance and accounting operations, e.g. bookkeeping, payments, VAT, and other tax reports
  • Monitoring year-end closure and ensuring timely financial reporting (statutory accounts & US GAAP) to the authorities.
  • Forecasting, management, and other ad-hoc reporting
  • Cooperation with local & regional management
  • Payroll administration with an outsourced partner
  • Administrational HR support, HCM process, onboarding preparation and execution
  • Office management, e.g. administration of property, supplier contracts, and local IT
  • Development of own work and financial processes


Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with solid experience in the administration and accounting function, with specifically the following background and skills:
  • Experience from a similar position in an International company (e.g. an international company´s local subsidiary)
  • Good knowledge of accounting, preferably experience in US GAAP, SAP, Salesforce
  • Master of working with different stakeholders and a wide range of projects to put into practice
  • Fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken; Norwegian is an asset
  • Skills in Excel and ERP systems, e.g. SAP or similar
  • Reliable, flexible, and pragmatic business-minded problem solver
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ideally experienced in working in both Denmark and Norway
  • 1-2 days of travelling per month is expected
