In the role of Senior System Specialist in this area you are a key player in the further extensive development, ongoing delivery and adoption of new functionality in the platform primarily delivered by Amadeus.
Think of the role as a driver of the IT/Digital aspects who act as a 1st point of contact for SAS Revenue Management & Pricing Solutions-area and have the corresponding contacts with current and future vendors and external partners for deliveries.
You will ensure that the operational delivery of the commercial IT-services in this area is per agreements and business needs. You will also proactively and in close cooperation with the business representatives and the IT/Digital-suppliers, support the business process development and ensure a continuous improvement of the IT/Digital-services in a development-intense area.

About our Office
Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. It’s located in a green area of Solna and close to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken. There’s a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and commuter trains to/from Solna Station. Of course, cycling is another option and many of us enjoy the scenic route to the office every day.

You will ensure that the operational delivery of the commercial IT-services in this area is per agreements and business needs. Main areas of responsibility:
- Responsible 1st Point of contact for internal Stakeholders and suppliers of the IT/Digital-services in the area.
- In close co-operation with the business stakeholders engage and deploy solutions which will enable the business to achieve their goals.
- Represent SAS in regular meetings with external system providers as well as internal business users.
- Responsible for supporting business stakeholders to specify requirements, prepare business cases, order Change requests and secure plans for a common roadmap of deliveries in the area.
- Responsible for analysis of issues and problems in the delivery of the IT/Digital services.
- Responsible for supporting the IT-suppliers with knowledge and guidance regarding:
SAS IT-environment and integrations
SAS IT-policies/standards
Business impact of disturbances
Experience and Background
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience of Amadeus Revenue Management & Pricing activities, or of supporting business representatives in relevant business processes in similar Industries.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes on a user, preferably, on a specialist level.
- Experience of supplier management.
- Experience from demand management, including providing and supporting IT/Digital- business requirements, and ensuring delivery by vendor according to specifications.
- Speak and write English and a Scandinavian language fluently.
- Project Management-experience considered meritorious.
