Key responsibilities


Reporting into the Head of Contract Products, this position offers a unique opportunity to apply your administrative skills in supporting the day-to-day practical matters, be a partner to the leadership team, and be in charge of administrative processes as well as organizing internal events for the team.

You will also be part of the larger Ocean Products department with the opportunity to spar with and assist the leadership team with various administrative projects.

• Seamlessly manage and coordinate the manager’s calendar by maintaining the constant changes with discretion and a positive and welcoming attitude.

• Become a partner to the leadership team to support the implementation of their priorities.

• Arrange travel logistics, including visa preparation and expenses management.

• Be a great team ambassador and the essential link between the manager and the rest of the team, HR, and other key stakeholders.

• Plan and organize team events including owning the agenda and booking the venue and catering.

• Provide ad-hoc support for the wider Ocean Products department including social activities.

We are looking for


A highly service-minded individual with professional experience as an EA or office manager.

You proactively anticipate the needs of the manager and team by being two steps ahead and providing solutions that will ease the leadership’s day-to-day.

You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders, and can keep a good overview even during busy periods.

You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere in the team and department.

You possess excellent time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
