A super exciting role where you will be accountable for a wide range of administrative functions including ( but not limited to ) scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting, preparing material and presentations for senior audience and executive stakeholders.

You will work in close collaboration and be the right hand of the Global Head of Landside Transportation in a one-on-one working relationship as well as working with his (global) team. Key Responsibilities

•Provides administrative support to Central Leadership Team in a well-organized and timely manner.

•Monitors and manages local initiatives.

•Assists with the ongoing development and delivery of the local strategy.

•Provide support to the Central Leadership Team, promoting the cross functional analysis and collaboration.

•Assist to implement a working framework and envision/develop new tools that will support the organization’s objectives.

•Support and facilitate business to Central Leadership Team activities (travel, administration, calendar, etc.).

•Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and announcement).

•Organize visits for senior colleagues and visitors.

•Participate in and supports local projects as required.

•Any other tasks as assigned by CLT.

What we are looking for

•Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Proficiency in English

• Exemplary planning and time management skills

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• High-level verbal and written communications skills

• Discretion and confidentiality

• Bachelor degree; additional qualification as personal assistant will be a plus

• Basic understanding and experience in shipping industry will be a plus
