Global Wind Organisation (GWO) is seeking an organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide valuble support to our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career as a executive assistant and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment that puts our key stakeholders at the centre of everything we do.

GWO strives for an injury free work environment in the wind industry, setting common international standards for safety training and emergency procedures together with its members.

As of today, there are more than 159.000 GWO certified technicians working within the wind industry. They have become certified by receiving training from one of the now +500 GWO certified training providers throughout the world. Providing training standards that can stand the test of time in that scale, can only be done while focusing on key areas such as safety, productivity, local sourcing, and supply chain alignment.

How will you contribute?

As an Executive Assistant at Global Wind Organisation (GWO), you will provide valuable support to our leadership team and board while helping to ensure the seamless operation of our organization. Your great organizational skills, proactive mindset, and strong communication abilities will help drive the success of our leaders and contribute to the advancement of the wind energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office management: Ranging from daily operation to development tasks and projects
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, board and committees, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops
  • Collaborate with team members across different departments, fostering effective communication and promoting a positive work environment
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making processes
  • Support other ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required
  • Supervise work of students as necessary

What we expect:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Hands-on experience managing high end stakeholders during workshops and representation engagements
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent proficiency in English and Danish
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Critical thinker
  • Familiarity with the wind energy industry or other relevant sectors would be advantageous
