ABOUT THE JOB

As our Sales Coordinator, you will mainly take care of administrative tasks and work closely together with our sales and event team assisting them in various sales activities, events and follow-ups. Among other tasks, you will maintain our clients and contracts database, compile various sales statistics and sales reports, and prepare presentations. You will also support in planning upcoming sales trips, fairs and in-house client relation events as well as answer incoming telephone calls.
This position is a great opportunity to put your mark on the job and develop the function further, as well as an open opportunity to assist other colleagues within the organization.

WE EXPECT

You have experience in a similar position. Have strong IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably with know-how in CRM systems and you are dedicated to working and challenging all kinds of systems. You are curious to learn and ready to roll up your sleeve to give a hand. You have a sense for client relationships and as a person you are outgoing and open-minded with a smile on your face even on the phone. You have a good knowledge of English and Danish.
