Nordiccom Communications in Copenhagen City / Malmö is looking for a Finnish speaking part time customer service consultant

The task consists of contacting current Finnish bank customers in a service errand. You will be part of an international team, who strives for common goals, but will also work independently. The job is well suited for all ages, students and/or who seek to earn extra.

Nordiccom Communications ApS is a Nordic company placed in the heart of Copenhagen. With the entire Nordic market as our workplace and the phone as our tool Nordiccom specializes in customer service and advising customers in arrears. Nordiccom, divided over two different offices in Denmark and one also in Helsinki, Malmö and Oslo, consists of 110 employees in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish teams, so the communication between the teams is in English. Our projects are primarily B2C and we always emphasize professionalism towards our customers. We ensure the quality of our products and services and comply with banks’ standards and code of conduct.

Our goals are for our employees to become skilled at their tasks and achieve good results and high end customer satisfaction, therefore there will be a thorough training of new employees, with follow-up training as the work continues.
