If that is the case, you might very well be the all-round Office Assistant we are looking for.

THE ROLE

Do you want to use your all-round office skills to support and service a dynamic and growing organisation? Better Collective is an international award-winning company operating in the iGaming industry. We have 11 different locations and are now on the lookout for an all-round Office Assistant to our Copenhagen office.

As all-round Office Assistant your work will vary from manning the reception, administrative tasks, to assist and cover for our Office Support. You will play a vital role in making the daily operations of our office run smooth and we therefore depend on your flexibility. You will get energy from offering your 130+ colleagues top service everyday.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as office receptionist - be first point of contact - ensuring all guests get that better welcome

  • Secure a spotless office environment and maintenance

  • Provide complete secretarial and administrative support

  • Arrange internal/external meetings & events. Responsibilities can vary from meeting room set-up and order of lunch, to a full end to end planning of meetings over several days including meals, transportation, and evening arrangements

  • Provide support and help maximising our management’s productivity and time by managing calendars and travel schedules. This includes organising travel itineraries

  • Travel bookings

  • Ad hoc office tasks

  • During vacations and sickness help our Office Support with:

    • Ordering office supplies

    • Setting up lunch from our cater and clean afterwards

    • Receiving and unpacking goods



ABOUT YOU

  • +2 year of experience from a similar role

  • Extremely structured

  • Loves delivering outstanding service to colleagues and guests

  • Used to work with high integrity and confidence (will be exposed to sensitive information)

  • Good English Skills - all internal communication is in English

  • Basic Danish skills both written and spoken

  • Sets an honor in keeping the overview not only for yourself, but also for others - especially in stressful situations

  • Thrive on being busy and from having to deal with more tasks at the time
