VNN International Aps is looking for a Full Time Office Administrator.
VNN International Aps is a distributor/wholesaler of mobile phones and other consumer electronics and is looking for an Office Administrator.
You will be a part of a busy office and will be supporting sales team with various administrative tasks and making sure that everything in the office runs smoothly.
Your role will include:
-General office work
-Making necessary orders for office supplies and equipment.
-Creating purchase orders and invoices in Navision (accounting software).
-Logistics -handling and following shipments, as well as solving any issues related to those shipments.
-Unpacking goods, inspection of goods and repacking them. This is a major part of the job. Occationally driving and delivering goods to clients or warehouses.
-Providing support to sales team and accounts
-Providing support to the management with various administrative tasks, including assistance in travel arrangements, meetings, etc.
-Other secretarial tasks such as updating the database & stock sheet, photocopying, scanning correspondence, answering the telephone, and other ad hoc work.
You are a fast, energetic, service minded and structured person, who is motivated by different administrative & practical tasks and can multi-task with ease. You have a positive mindset, can handle stressful situations with a can do attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary. You have good communication skills and must be fluent in English (Danish is an advantage). You are extremely well versed with Microsoft office, with experience especially in Excel and Outlook. You must hold a driving license (B) and are comfortable driving a manual vehicle (van). Some driving is involved in this position. Looking for someone on a long term basis, in a full time position.
