Then you might be the Executive Personal Assistant we're looking for!

What will your day look like?


As Executive Personal Assistant to our CEO of Resolve and CTO, you will be working in a fast-paced team environment. The level of support you deliver requires a good understanding of a large complex international organization, along with the business insight to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders in the organization and with clients. More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day calendar and inbox, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive and urgent matters
  • Draft responses to email, think ahead and effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner
  • Proofread in English, clean up powerpoints, organize files and documents
  • Coordinate meetings with multiple executive-level participants, both internally and with clients
  • Prepare for meetings, collecting information, doing research, planning for any pre-work
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and follow up on any action points
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organize and handle expenses
  • Coordinating and ensure progress on various internal ad-hoc tasks and projects in essence be proactive and simplify and increase the efficiency of the everyday of our CEO of Resolve and CTO - wherever you can help.

As Executive Personal Assistant, we don't expect you to have many years of experience, but we do expect you to come with the right mindset, be a quick learner, be positive and service-oriented. You are an easy-going and likeable person who is independent, responsible, helpful and a team player who enjoys working with a team towards a common goal. You always do your best to deliver the best possible support and service despite any challenges.

You have excellent communication and people skills. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, never drops 'the ball', takes responsibility, has a high-quality mindset, and can maintain an overview under time pressure. You are passionate, highly independent, flexible, assertive and proactive. In addition, you have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
  • Solid knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Previous administrative experience in an international work environment is a benefit
  • Flexibility, as many of our clients and colleagues are located in other time zones
  • Prior experience within an agency, a consultancy or tech company is an advantage but not a requirement.
