You will join our Legal department in Denmark
The Legal team in Denmark is located at the Ramboll Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen. We are 13 employees and as our new colleague you will be part of a department characterized by a dynamic and informal working environment. We value a high level of professionalism and we offer great possibilities for personal and professional development and challenges. Our clients are Ramboll’s board, managers and colleagues at all organizational levels and within a wide range of specialized areas in the fields of engineering. The working method is characterized by a high degree of freedom followed by responsibility, where you get the chance to set your mark.
You will be the go-to person for assistance with day to day administrative tasks from A-Z, ensuring that our clients get professional support in completing their tasks. Further, a large part of your work responsibilities will be to form part of the Ramboll Foundation’s Secretariat, ensuring a professional and smooth administration in close collaboration with the Ramboll Foundation’s Secretary.

Your key task will be:
- Day to day administrative tasks within the department, ensuring a smooth office routine
- Maintenance of the Legal department’s intranet site at Ramboll
- Administration and maintenance of standard documents which are used on a daily basis within Ramboll’s core business
- Legalization of documents and other related tasks
- All administration related to execution of the Ramboll Foundation’s Board meetings and proof reading of minutes of meeting
- Administration of funds applications
- Other administrative tasks related to supporting the Ramboll Foundation’s Board

- Is a trained administrative assistant (all round), legal secretary or has some years of experience in similar positions
- Is fluent in Danish and possesses good English skills, both written and oral (Ramboll’s corporate language is English)
- Is an excellent proof reader in Danish and English
- Is motivated by always ensuring a high level of quality in delivering administrative support, both when it comes to routine tasks as well as working more project oriented
- Is known to have an eye for detail, an unquestionable personal drive which will help you get things done and a wish to make a difference when performing your job
- Wants to work independently but also understands the importance of great teamwork
- Is keen on learning from others
