Join our Corporate PA team as our new Personal Assistant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>In this exciting role, you can bring your experience and passion for executive support into play by supporting with a wide range of administrative tasks. You will be supporting our Senior Group Directors of Head of Group I.T and Communications & Marketing.</p><p>This role is to cover Maternity leave initially but has the opportunity to grow into a Permanent role once the contract ends.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Daily support to the Senior Group Directors</li><li>Calendar management</li><li>Coordination of meetings and seminars</li><li>Travel arrangements and bookings</li><li>Coordination of meeting material</li><li>Stakeholder management</li><li>All practical matters when onboarding new colleagues and much more</li></ul><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be part of Ramboll’s corporate secretariat and join a team of 5 dynamic and supporting colleagues, who are assisting the Top Management Team in the Ramboll Group. You will make a difference by securing a smooth daily operation, keeping a clear overview of activity in busy times and by providing a superb proactive assistance that will help free up time elsewhere.</p><p><strong>About you </strong></p><p>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
