Your tasks as a Reliability Engineer will include:
• Develop and implement reliability programs to enhance the performance and longevity of metro systems and components.
• Collect and analyse reliability and performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Leverage SAP for effective asset management, maintenance planning, and reliability reporting, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and create corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
• Design and implement strategies for preventive maintenance to improve system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, operations staff, and other engineering disciplines to meet reliability objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed reliability reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing maintenance practices and overall system reliability.

Experienced Reliability Engineer with a well-equipped toolbox
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have experience with CMMS (we use SAP) and proven experience in data analysis and reliability metrics.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in reliability engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct detailed failure analyses.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to express themselves clearly in written and spoken English.

Moreover, it is beneficial to be certified in RCM or Reliability Engineering (e.g., CRE) as well as proficiency within the Office package (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
