We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our team supporting customers within the lighting industry 💡 You will be responsible for being our external face to our customers when they call in and need help. You will handle our customers' inquiries by phone, email and chat. Since we are responsible for many different types of cases, you will get to immerse yourself in various problems and aim to always find the perfect solution for the customer.
In this role your technical understanding, immersion and responsibility are central. We trust that you take responsibility for solving your tasks and trust your own decisions. Your role will involve a number of technical questions from both professionals and private individuals. Therefore, it will be a big plus if you have good technical knowledge within smart homes, technology and are generally interested in this.

You like to work at a fast pace with great colleagues and fantastic customers. Since we work a lot according to common goals, we wish that you are goal-oriented and strive to improve. It would be great if you have technical understanding and are able to find your way around a smartphone. Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement, as we value your personal skills more!

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00 (on a varying schedule).
