2.Application requirements
(1)Bachelor and above (social science preferably related to economics, politics, law)
(2)Good command of both English and Danish(speaking and writing)
(3)Basic computer skills (especially Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
(4)Residential address within the City of Copenhagen or surroundings.
3.Job description
(1)To make summaries in English of articles in Danish newspapers, TV, radio, Internet news, announcements of governmental organizations and company reports, and to make its briefing to Ambassador and other diplomats everyday.
(2)To collect and analyze information and make reports on the following areas: Climate change, Energy, Environment, Health care, Biotech, Food, Agriculture etc.
(3)To build collaborative and working relationships with people inside and outside the Embassy in connection with projects and seminars to be carried out by the Embassy and other institutions.
(4)Making appointments, arranging schedules, and taking part in meetings for the Embassy diplomats and visitors from Japan.
(5)Other related tasks for maintaining and strengthening the relationship between Denmark and Japan.
4.Conditions
(1)Salary: Based on Embassy regulations
(2)Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30, including one-hour lunch break. Overtime and work during weekends may also be requested.
(3)Expected starting date: 1st April 2021
