Copenhagen Relocations provides comprehensive Global Relocation services to both corporate and private customers who are relocating to Denmark. As we expand our team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to assist our Financial Accountant Manager with general finance records and bookkeeping and other aspects related to service provision.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Practical application of our internal case tracker & bookkeeping management system: i-RMS

  • Creating & maintaining contracts at the finance level, ensuring all files are invoiced with appropriate & up to date fees

  • Maintaining & adjusting referral fee tracking system

  • Utilizing i-RMS software to manage & automate financial tasks, including but not limited to

  • Approving invoices

  • Creating credit & debit notes, where necessary

  • Posting to financial system

  • Generating & evaluating case and financial reports

  • Assisting Finance Account Manager / Country Manager with analyzing client volume/revenue quarterly & annually

In addition to the responsibilities above, a Senior Consultant may also be expected to perform the following duties.

✓ Preparing for account changes & improvements

✓ Measuring, tracking and analyzing account metrics & client outcomes

✓ Supporting & coaching fellow team members

✓ Contact point for clients, customers & internal teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Relocation or destination services experience

  • Previous knowledge & experience with i-RMS is a plus

  • Speak and write English fluently – while Danish knowledge is a plus 

  • Work well independently but enjoy collaborating with your team 

  • Have strong structure & communication in your work

  • Must be able to meet the deadlines and multi-task 

  • Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related systems 

  • Keen on taking different tasks  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
