Job description and areas of responsibility:
We are now looking for a talented and energetic Executive Assistant to work directly with the SVP, Global Merchandising. You will support the SVP on all business area, represent the SVP when needed and appropriate, and act as “an extension” of the SVP on specific hot topics. You will also work closely with the Global Merchandising management team through strategic management of meetings, cross functional sessions, and act as Coordinator across various key stakeholder functions (i.e. regions, markets, marketing, design, finance, and you will be responsible for co-development and facilitating execution of strategic focus areas, larger projects and operational tasks on behalf of the SVP.

Further, you will contribute with conceptual thinking, detailed deep dives and stakeholder management across different cultures to support the SVP in obtaining business objectives, and orchestrate people and projects and demonstrate a performance-driven workstyle to complete assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

You can expect to elevate on following job assignments:

  • Being right hand to SVP Global Merchandising on different projects, tasks and practicalities connected with developing Merchandising in PANDORA globally
  • Manage global merchandising-led conferences and meetings (i.e. Strategic Business Review, Merchandise Response Meeting, and Seasonal Design Line Plan Hand Off)
  • Support team offsites facilitation and quarterly pulse surveys to gauge team’s engagement and management improvements
  • Coordinate travel schedules for VP & above team members
  • Act as strategic sounding board to SVP in all organization, operating model, and commercial progressions
  • Represent SVP and Global Merchandising team across the organization globally

What is needed to succeed:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, and ideally confident and comfortable playing the role of Executive Assistant and elevating the position to a key member of the team not just supporting the SVP
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education is accepted
  • Preferable experience from an international company with a diverse working environment
  • Superior coordination skills, and calendar and travel management and strategic ability
  • Ability to anticipate issues proactively and address solutions
  • Professional verbal and written English and Danish skills
