As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the CCO and will be responsible for co-development of- and facilitating the execution of minor projects and operational tasks on behalf of the CCO. You will have to be excellent at stakeholder management across different cultures and organizational levels to succeed.

Some of your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Set up and organise key meetings and events for the CCO
  • Prepare materials, presentations and documentations
  • Act as right hand to the CCO on different projects, tasks and practicalities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, seminars and presentations on behalf of the CCO
  • Collect data and gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as Project Manager on smaller assignments and projects

We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:

  • A master's degree within business administration, HR, strategy, leadership, business psychology or similar
  • Experience in performing analyses and preparing reports and materials using PowerPoint, Excel and other similar software
  • Experience managing tasks and projects with a high demand for structure and stakeholder involvement
  • Professional verbal and written English, Danish skills are a bonus but not a requirement
  • Experience of providing close support to a senior leader and accepting of also helping with the little things

Your new team
The CCO organisation at our Global Headquarter in Copenhagen consists of the Commercial Centre of Excellence with the departments Retail Excellence, Merchandising, Store Design, Planning & Execution, Global Operations and Network & Franchise Management. Furthermore the CCO is responsible for our global markets in all areas of the world.
