Your mission

The Executive Assistant will be involved in project management, coordination and follow-up on a large variety of projects within the department. You will be close to the decision-making process and assist the General Manager with projects, presentations, management reporting etc.

Furthermore you will be responsible for several administrative and coordinating tasks, such as organizing visits from our global headquarters including booking hotels, organizing meetings etc.

This position is ideal for you if you want to build a strong understanding of our organization and understand the mechanisms and processes in top management.

You will report to the General Manager for our Professional Product Division.

Your key job accountabilities:

  • Drive and organize projects according to the need of the department
  • Responsibility split: 70% project management and similar tasks and 30% admin tasks
  • Take responsibility for all or parts of the projects including budget, follow up, coordination with internal and external partners etc.
  • You will be the main responsible for all Microsoft Team channels within the department and make sure they are updated and structured.
  • Data collection, research and follow up on key strategic project across the organization
  • Lead the development of the international sales presentations and management reports in corporation with the management team
  • Organize international meetings and visits
  • Overlook travel- and meeting budgets and costs as well as creating purchase orders in SAP


Your Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar
  • We envision that you are at the beginning of your career, perhaps with 1-3 years of experience
  • You are curious, data driven and have a positive and can-do attitude
  • You are structured in your work and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in written
  • You are comfortable working with a lot of confidential information
  • You are fluent in English
