Are you a skilled and experienced administrative assistant looking for new challenges in a highly dynamic environment? Are you motivated by supporting a newly established area and onboarding a CVP with an international profile? You can look forward to a key role with diverse assignments ranging from administrative tasks to independent coordination and follow-up.
The department
The R&D Digitalization Strategy area is a new area in Global Research Technologies located in Måløv, DK, with activities spanning across R&D and the other R&D sites in Bagsværd, Søborg and Hillerød. We are looking for an experienced assistant to support the department.
The position
As a personal assistant you will primarily support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) with communicative, administrative and practical tasks.
With a proactive and service-oriented approach you will:
- Work in close coordination with the global GRT team to ensure alignment with the mission and vision of the GRT organisation
- Apply your knowledge of Novo Nordisk systems, practices, and ways of working including the ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information as needed
- Take ownership of the CVP´s calendar, incl. booking meetings and travels
- Take ownership of planning monthly/quarterly review sessions for the R&D Digitalization department
- Prepare budgets, monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up on action lists
- Maintain and update web sites, e-mail lists and organizational charts
- Support the practical onboarding process and welcome new employees and international guests
- Secure governance, compliance and NN Way for the area
- Manage purchase of supplies and services and support investment processes
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
You will report directly to the CVP R&D Digitalization Strategy. Furthermore, you will be part of a team of assistants servicing the Global Research Technologies SVP area and hereby you might be engaged in cross-organizational tasks.
Qualifications
You preferably have an administrative background or academic background in specialized business studies or English. You are a skilled user of IT systems, including MS Office and SAP. Experience from a previous job within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, as is knowledge of Novo Nordisk IT systems.
You have a structured approach to your tasks and enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense for detail. You are able to work independently, prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and manage your own time effectively. As a trusted colleague, the ability to handle matters of confidentiality is a must. You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person. You communicate effortlessly both verbally and written in Danish and English at business level.
