The position
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of training content, and courses, and structure for the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Behaviour Academy. You will be functioning as a trainer, and coordinate course participation, as well as securing availability.
You main tasks will include:
• Teaching on the courses.
• Working closely together with quality personal and subject matter experts to ensure having relevant, engaging and up to date learning content of high quality.
• Responsible for all communication with, and to Line of Business regarding GMP Behaviour Academy, ensuring a high attendance rate in the courses.
• Coordinating the courses with the vendors of our facilities, and applying an eye for detail in the training material and content.
• Setting the direction for the GMP Behaviour trainer crew and act as a GMP Culture ambassador, by planning GMP trainer bootcamps and workshops in cooperation with GMP experts.
Moreover, you will be acting as a GMP role-model by demonstrating a good GMP-mindset, as well as teaching all GMP Behaviour Academy modules together with a fellow trainer from the trainer crew.
Qualifications
We imagine that you:
• Have an educational background within HR, Education, Event planning/coordination, or similar.
• Or has at least 5 years of relevant professional experience within one of the above fields, or from working in a GMP environment.
As a person, you have a structured approach to handling tasks, as well as the ability to create an overview of complex tasks. We also expect you to possess a high level of personal skills.
About the department
You will join a newly established team within Oral Product Development Project Office in Emerging Technologies. Our growing team, QMS, Training and HS plays a central role in supporting the rest of OpDev, ensuring high quality, a safe work environment and a continuously improving training setup, to ensure optimized daily processes.
