Transportation International has more than 350 skilled experts in Lyngby and are more than 700 in total worldwide. We are experienced in the areas of bridges, tunnels, infrastructure and marine with many impressive international projects.

A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
Your position will be as Office Assistant and you will be spending your time creating value for our business by supporting the Business Unit Coordinator and your colleagues placed in Denmark. The position is a full-time position and limited to one year . During the employment in COWI, you will gain insights into how a large international organization operates in an informal working environment.
Not two days will be the same as your tasks will depend on your colleagues and the business needs. Your tasks will be within:

  • Assistance to the Business Unit Coordinator
  • Be the point of contact for colleagues
  • Updating various documents
  • Assist on smaller project tasks
  • Practical tasks when we have new employees or are moving around
  • Run errands
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Depending on your qualifications and development in the position you will get more responsibility and can be involved in more complex tasks.

Furthermore, you should:

  • Have completed your high school studies
  • Be fluent in Danish and have good written and verbal communication skills in English as more than half of your colleagues are English speaking
  • Have good computer skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Preferably have a driver's license
