COWI Global Advisory provides project management support, financial and economic analyses as well as policy studies to international organisations and financing institutions within the sectors of green transition, environment, energy, transport, and climate action. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER

In this position, you will create value for our business by supporting the Management team, and specifically our Department Coordinator, as well as colleagues in Denmark and abroad. Working in COWI, will allow you to gain unique insights into the industry and how a large international organization operates. You will become part of the large team of department Student Assistants, whom you will have the opportunity to network and socialize with, as well as collaborate on different tasks and smaller internal projects.

On a day-to-day basis, your main tasks will be:

  • Generating and formulating internal and external communication material, updating key department documents and performing language checks
  • Supporting the management team with handling people-related tasks, such as coordinating onboarding and off-boarding of new employees, etc.
  • Co-organizing meetings and seminars, logistical arrangements, social activities, etc.
  • Coordinating the design of our office and supporting facility-related issues
  • Performing IT support, travel booking, invoices, etc. for senior colleagues
  • Contributing to cohesion and high social engagement across the department
  • Run errands
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

To succeed in this position, you should be studying a bachelor’s programme in Administration, Business Administration, Communication or similar. You take a particular interest in administration within organisation and management.

Furthermore, you:

  • Enjoy working with administrative processes and optimization
  • Can work independently and have the overview to plan, manage and complete your tasks
  • Have a high level of IT skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English (verbally and written) and good writing skills
  • Can work 15-20 hours a few days a week (preferably available on Fridays)
