The Director of Project Controls and Document Management in the Fill & Finish Expansion program is a key role integrated in the program support of the portfolio of strategic expansion programs, expanding production capacity in USA, China, France, Denmark, Brazil.
You will have the following responsibilities: Develop, implement, and execute a robust and integrated project controls infrastructure and processes across the Fill & Finish Expansion program Manage cost management, planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, document management, reporting, and IT systems and infrastructure Lead the Project Controls and Document Management Teams, providing day-to-day leadership and support Collaborate with stakeholders to provide reliable data and insights for monitoring project performance and making informed project management decisions Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Minimum 10 years combined project management experience in major investment projects, e.g. as project manager, planner, cost engineer, risk engineer or similar Demonstrated expertise in complex project management within regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceuticals or manufacturing), including responsibilities in cost management, planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, and document management Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure for supporting project controls processes Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels About the Department
You will be joining the Fill & Finish Expansions factories of Novo Nordisk as the leader of our newly established Programme Procurement department. This department is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT, which employs approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees globally.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a growing area responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to meet the needs of millions of patients. We are at the forefront of rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology, setting the standards for the future. With a global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
